NOOD is a premium quality pet food that provides complete and balanced nutrition for pets and is available at your local supermarket.

Our recipes use real meat as the first ingredient as well as a range of superfoods, probiotics and vitamins and minerals. We believe that premium pet food starts with premium ingredients and we are proud of ours.

Premium for all. This means affordable & accessible, always.

Every pet, big or small, deserves the proper nutrition to live a healthy, happy life. And every owner deserves to know what goes in (and what stays out) of the pet food they buy.

This means:

● Premium for all pets from all walks of life
● Transparent recipes: nothing to hide.
● Premium ingredients from trusted suppliers.
● Real, recognisable ingredients.
● Nutritionally complete: everything they need and nothing they don’t.
● Nutrient-dense for maximum digestibility.
● Ethically sourced proteins
● No nasties: no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

Usually the best habits are the hardest to start. Every pet is different, but in order to avoid an upset stomach we always recommend a slow transition to NOOD over 10 days to help their bodies adjust to the new ingredients. Simply add a small amount of NOOD to your pet’s previous food, gradually increasing the amount of NOOD and decreasing their previous food. Keep an eye on your pet's bathroom habits! It is common to see changes in colour or consistency as your pet's digestive system gets used to their new diet. Hold off on increasing NOOD into their mealtimes until their stools return to what you're used to.

Days 1-3 25% NOOD, 75% Old Brand.

Days 4-6 50% NOOD, 50% Old Brand.

Days 7-9 75% NOOD, 25% Old Brand.

Day 10 100% NOOD.

10 days and you're NOOD for life. Wow, too easy!

First time trying NOOD? We recommend slowly transitioning your pet over 10 days so they can adjust smoothly to their new diet. If you're feeding your pet dry food, you can try adding a small amount of warm water, bone broth, or wet food to their bowl. This will help create tasty aromas irresistible to your pet.

Every pet is different, so if you are still facing troubles, extend this period as you need or reach out to us – we’re here to help!

If your pet has previously eaten NOOD, reluctance to eat could be due to illness, in which case we recommend talking to a registered vet.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a sample or coupon program, however we do have trial sizes (1.5kg) available online or in-store + trial packs available to purchase online! These are the perfect size to introduce your pet to NOOD and if you're not 100% happy with it, we will happily give you your money back!

We also run various giveaways through social media, so keep an eye out on our Facebook page or Instagram!

NOOD recipes will never contain artificial colours, artificial preservatives, corn, wheat or soy.

No pesky fine print, just love and good honest ingredients.

All our ingredients are tested rigorously before being accepted into our facilities and we operate with the highest food safety standards.

We work with trusted suppliers to source ingredients from all over the world, focusing on quality and consistency of supply.

Due to seasonality, some ingredient sources are subject to change. But if you have any questions about specific ingredients, please flick us a message and we'd be more than happy to answer.

After sourcing our leading ingredients from around the world, we prepare our delicious and nutritious recipes in a state-of-the-art facility in Thailand. We source factories worldwide because we care deeply about two things: supporting a global workforce, and creating the best possible products. By removing limits, we’re able to hire top talent tailored to every need, which translates into impeccably-made products that we’re incredibly proud to stand by.

Thailand has some of the highest food safety standards and quality in the world. This is because they export pet food to all major countries in the world and therefore have to meet the high standards of a wide variety of countries. This safety assurance is reflected well in the recall history of major pet food companies, with North American made foods experiencing 69 recalls since 2017, with only 1 recall from Thailand. Furthermore, our facilities have never experienced a recall in a combined 70 years of operation!

At NOOD, our utmost priority is producing a range of recipes that are healthy and safe for both your pets and ours. That’s why all our recipes go through rigorous testing and food safety protocols to ensure we deliver on that promise. Quality starts with the formulation, which is why we source the finest ingredients from trusted suppliers and have a team of vets and nutritionists that craft all our recipes. Our team of experts have over 50 years of experience and help ensure our recipes are complete and balanced for all pets.

In addition to the stringent testing prior to our recipes being released, we have a very strict food safety procedure during every production step.
Every ingredient is tested for contaminants when it arrives at our facility and each step of our production process is strictly controlled to prevent
cross contamination. During production, we test every 20 minutes for density, colour, moisture, size, nutrient profile and contaminants.
Prior to final releasing, we hold product for 48 hours for quality analytical and only release the product which passed all specifications.
The below is a sample of some of our tests;

—  215 Mycotoxin Tests per week
—  260 Microbiological Tests per week
—  36 Oxidative Stability Tests on Fats & Oils per month
—  1,200 Ingredient Nutritional Tests per month
—  9,000 Finished Product Nutritional Tests per month
—  18+ hours of Employee Safety Training per employee per year
—  120 Safety Assessments per year

Yes! We run testing on our recipes with over 30 pets of all ages, breeds and sizes. Official AAFCO feeding trials only require 6 pets.

You can read about these trials on our blog!

We’re honest about our food because nobody else in the pet food industry really is. We all deserve to know what we’re feeding our pets, and our pets deserve the very best.

So we’re laying it all out in the open: what’s in our food, as well as what’s not in it. Our food contains real, recognisable ingredients that are all in there for a reason. There’s nothing to hide: no junk, no nasties, no pesky fine print. Just honest nutrition: premium, uncomplicated and packed full of goodness.

Both wet and dry foods are nutritionally complete. The single biggest difference between the two is moisture content, with wet food obviously having a much higher moisture content. Many people find dry kibble to be more convenient; however, if feeding dry kibble, you will need to make sure your pet is drinking plenty of water.

NOOD bags are made resealable at the top to keep your fur baby's meals fresh!

If you choose to not use NOOD bags and transfer the food into your own storage containers, we recommend keeping the kibble sealed in an airtight container or jar.
